LAWRENCE PAT APRIL 12th 1859' and 'C SHARPS PAT OCT 5th 1852', straight hand walnut butt-stock with semi crescent heel-plate, iron finger-lever, saddle-bar and ring mounted to left hand side, walnut splinter fore-end affixed with an iron barrel-band, traces of finish
